Why I Started The Stang Blog — As a Real Estate Investor

As a real estate investor, I got tired of doing everything “right” on paper—and still the one getting burned. The contractors lied. The lenders ghosted. The partners vanished. The agents overpromised. And the attorneys? They only showed up when it was too late.
I started The Stang Blog because I didn’t want to learn everything the hard way—and I don’t think you should either.
In Investor’s Corner, I write from the trenches. The wins, the screw-ups, the pivots. The deals that looked perfect until they weren’t. The ones that were falling apart—but got saved with one call. This is where I share the blueprint, the blind spots, and the battle scars.
You won’t find clickbait here. You’ll find clarity.
If you’re an investor who’s sick of hype and hungry for actual insight—welcome.
This is Investor’s Corner. No fluff. No pitch. Just what works.
