Why I Started The Stang Blog — As a Real Estate Broker

As a broker, I’ve seen agents lose deals they should’ve won—and close deals they barely understood. I’ve watched people hustle hard but stay stuck because no one ever explained how the game really works. The training stops at license class. After that, it’s YouTube “gurus,” outdated brokers, and contracts that everyone just assumes make sense.


I started The Stang Blog to change that.


In Broker’s Desk, I write the playbook I wish someone gave me when I started:
