As a broker, I’ve seen clients try to blindly navigate the real estate world, brokers make bad deals, agents fail to properly guide their clients, and investors run real estate businesses without the structure or protection they actually need.
That is why I started The Stang Blog.
Broker’s Desk is where I talk about the business side of real estate — not just how deals close, but how they should be understood, structured, protected, and executed.
This is for agents who want to become sharper. For brokers who want to lead better. For investors who want to move smarter. And for anyone who understands that real estate is not just about finding a deal — it is about knowing what to do with it.
